Our colonial house is the most popular of the houses due to its history and beauty. The house is over 100 years old and a now declared patrimonial house and one of the best preserved in the banos area. It has been restored keeping all of its former structure, and been converted to a guest house and has an optimal view on clear days of Tungurahua volcano.
